*Monthly pricing is a software use agreement with a monthly renewal period. This agreement is billed on a monthly basis.
**Yearly pricing is a software use agreement with a yearly renewal period. This agreement is billed for 12 months usage on a yearly basis.
The pricing includes all costs associated with use of the program as well as periodic updates.
The Software as a Service (SaaS) contract starts when an entity starts a subscription with Naviteer. See contract here.
Database Conversion: A one time setup cost will be charged to create and/or convert the database and users.
Electonic Data Interchange (EDI) Server: A setup fee will be required to connect to trading partners and the Value Added Networks (VAN) associated with the partner. In addition, EDI Server may require changes to the existing templates to match the Standard Exchange Format (SEF) files.
External Database Links: An initial fee of $150 is necessary to establish the standard Excel and Power BI connections for each company database.
