basic backup
Each Naviteer database is backed up with a differential backup daily. Every edition of Naviteer software includes (for free) a twice yearly full backup (Naviteer Basic Backup) of the clients SQL database available by request at any time.
Naviteer uses Backup Master to create a backup of each database.
premium backup
A Premium Database Backup package is available for a small fee. This backup places a copy of the clients SQL database in one desired destination controlled by the Client. Naviteer will (with authorization from the client) send a backup of their database to Dropbox, Google Drive, Box or One Drive (other destinations may be available upon request) on a daily basis. This package includes a full backup of the database on a weekly basis and a daily differential back up.
